LIGHT BOXES Twenty four hours a day, promotional light boxes will get your message to ShowEast attendees. It's the perfect way to market your product or film. Please CLICK HERE and take a moment to look at the light box information sheet, which contains specs, deadlines, and pricing. Artwork is due (w/o incurring a late fee) by September 13.
NEW PRODUCT LISTING The 2010 ShowEast Program Journal will also incorporate a section devoted to "New Products" on display at the Trade Show. We ask that you send in one photograph or image along with a 100-word description of one new item or product you will be introducing at ShowEast. (NOTE: We retain the right to edit or not list submissions for products debuting more than 6 months prior to show date). The copy deadline for this section of the Journal is Wednesday, September 15th. All submissions for this section should be emailed to argjenda.zhuta@filmexpos.com. Please note, both the description and the image should be sent as email attachments.

Be aware that you must first submit a program journal listing before the website will allow you to enter any Exhibitor or Guest names. NOTE: This year, each exhibitor will be sent a distinct customer number to use before entering your information via the aforementioned link. Please be mindful of the Friday, October 8th cut-off date. After this date we will not be able to accept any additional name badge requests. Any additions or changes will have to be requested on-site at Trade Show Exhibitor Registration starting on October 11th.
