Booth Cost: All 10' x 10' booths contracted for, cost $3250 each for ICTA and NAC members and $3500 each for non-members. All payments in US funds. Companies interested in Suites K-Q should contact Bill Andino for information.
Payment Schedule: Booth Space Contracts submitted must be accompanied by a 50% deposit to guarantee booth space. Balance of payment is due no later than July 24, 2009. All booths contracted for after June 1, 2009must be accompanied by payment in full to guarantee booth space.
Cancellation: The applicant has a right to cancel this agreement by August 7, 2009 by giving written notice, with a full refund less $500 cancellation fee for each booth. If cancellation is received after August 7, 2009, Applicant will be liable for 100 percent of the total exhibit fee.
