Booth Cost:
All 10' x 10' booths contracted for, cost $3250 each for ICTA and NAC members and $3500 each for non-members. All payments in US funds. Companies interested in Suites K-Q should contact Bill Andino for information.

Payment Schedule:
Booth Space Contracts submitted must be accompanied by a 50% deposit to guarantee booth space. Balance of payment is due no later than July 9, 2010. All booths contracted for after May 18, 2010 must be accompanied by payment in full to guarantee booth space.

Cancellation:
The applicant has a right to cancel this agreement by July 23, 2010 by giving written notice, with a full refund less $500 cancellation fee for each booth. If cancellation is received after July 23, 2010, Applicant will be liable for 100 percent of the total exhibit fee.
