Rules & Regulations

BOOTH COSTS:
All 8' x 10' booths contracted for cost $3800 each for ICTA and NAC members and $4100 each for non-members. (All payments in US funds).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
All Trade Show applications must be accompanied by a 50 percent deposit to guarantee booth space. Balance of payment is due no later than December 15, 2009. All booths contracted for after December 15, 2009 must be accompanied by payment in full to guarantee booth space.

CANCELLATION
The Applicant has a right to cancel this agreement by December 15, 2009, with written notice, with a full refund less $500 cancellation fee for each booth. If cancellation is received after December 15, 2009, Applicant will be liable for 100 percent of the total exhibit fee.
